Services Résidentiels Plus ("we", "us", "our") is a business based in Laval, Quebec. We operate under the trade name "We Handle It" and run wehandleit.ca.

3. Information we collect

• Name, email, phone, address or city you submit via the quote form;
• Description of your project and messages exchanged;
• Anonymous technical data (cookie-less web analytics via Cloudflare).

4. Why we collect it

• To reply, quote, and deliver the requested service;
• To contact you about your request (phone, text, email);
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

5. Who it's shared with

We do not sell your information. It may be processed by the tools we use to operate the service: Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Google Workspace (email). None of these partners access your data for other purposes.

6. How long we keep it

Unconverted requests: 12 months. Client records: 7 years from the last invoice (tax obligations).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, withdraw consent, or request portability of your information. Write us at [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days.

8. Cookies

The site uses no tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set cookies and does not identify visitors.

9. Incidents

In the event of a privacy incident presenting serious risk, we will notify you and report to the Quebec Commission d'accès à l'information.

We may update this policy. The update date is shown at the top of the page.
